About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Children's Nurse to join our team as a Complex Care Lead. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for coordinating and providing high-quality care to children with complex and palliative needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating and providing care to children with complex and palliative needs
- Working closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Developing and implementing care plans to meet the individual needs of children and their families
- Providing education and training to junior staff members
- Participating in clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements
- Registered Children's Nurse with a minimum of 2 years post-registration experience
- Experience of working with children with complex and palliative needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Knowledge of clinical governance and quality improvement principles
