About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Children's Nurse to join our team as a Complex Care Lead. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for coordinating and providing high-quality care to children and young people with complex and palliative care needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and provide care to children and young people with complex and palliative care needs
- Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each child
- Provide education and support to families and carers to empower them to care for their child
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care

Requirements
- Registered Children's Nurse with a minimum of 2 years post-registration experience
- Experience working with children and young people with complex and palliative care needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
