We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Children's Nurse to join our team as a Complex Care Lead. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for coordinating and providing high-quality care to children and young people with complex and palliative needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating and providing care to children and young people with complex and palliative needs
- Working closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each child
- Providing education and support to families and carers to empower them to care for their child
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements
- Registered Children's Nurse with a minimum of 2 years post-registration experience
- Experience working with children with complex and palliative needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
