Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Commercial Sector Growth Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the glazing industry and a deep understanding of the commercial sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Estimation: Accurately estimate project costs from initial design through to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial market, leveraging industry connections and expertise.
- Tender Management: Manage the tendering process, ensuring timely and competitive submissions that meet client needs and expectations.
- Sub-Contractor Management: Oversee and manage sub-contractors to ensure project deadlines and budgets are met, maintaining high-quality standards.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to relevant health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment.
- Quality Control: Maintain high-quality standards across all projects, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Reporting: Provide regular progress reports to senior management, highlighting project successes and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the glazing industry or similar role.
- Certifications: Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CSCS card) are advantageous.
