Business Development Director

Oxford Innovation Space is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to drive sales and marketing efforts for our innovation centre in South Cambridge.

  • Lead the commercial strategy and growth of the EpiCentre, a purpose-built innovation hub for ambitious innovators, creatives, and businesses.
  • Manage and enhance the operational and financial performance of the centre, ensuring it remains a vibrant and supportive community.
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to attract new businesses and talent to the centre.
  • Collaborate with our network of innovation centres to share best practices and drive growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy to drive growth and revenue.

  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and execute marketing and sales plans to attract new businesses and talent to the centre.
  • Operational Management: Manage the operational and financial performance of the centre, ensuring it remains a vibrant and supportive community.
