Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our dynamic team as an Area Manager - Commercial Sector. This role is crucial for driving our growth in the commercial sector and requires extensive experience with glass-focused projects and a deep understanding of the glazing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Estimation: Accurately estimate project costs from initial design through to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial market, leveraging industry connections and relationships.
- Tender Management: Manage the tendering process, ensuring timely and competitive submissions that meet client requirements.
- Sub-Contractor Management: Oversee and manage sub-contractors to ensure project deadlines and budgets are met, maintaining high-quality standards.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to relevant health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment.
