Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all employee-related data and provide a dynamic HR back-office function
  • Produce insightful monthly and ad-hoc reports to identify trends and implement corrective actions
  • Lead recruitment activities and manage the Applicant Tracking System
  • Ensure new employees experience a seamless onboarding and meet CAA security clearance requirements
  • Take charge of monthly payroll submissions and manage employee benefits
  • Innovate HR process improvements and spearhead annual audits
  • Advise the business on all things HR and manage diverse HR-related projects
  • Oversee the annual salary review process and maintain accurate HR records

About the Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified and an experienced HR Generalist with a solid grasp of UK employment law. They should have a knack for leading change initiatives and possess outstanding communication skills to engage effectively with all levels of the organisation, including Senior Management.
