Position Overview

We are currently looking for a dedicated Recovery Coordinator who is passionate about making a significant impact. In this role, you will engage with our service users, conducting assessments to ensure they receive timely and tailored interventions that address their specific needs. Your work will primarily take place in collaboration with various agencies, including the National Probation Service, across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support service users from their initial entry into our programs through their entire treatment journey.
  • Implement Drug Rehabilitation and Alcohol Treatment Requirements in accordance with National Probation Service guidelines.
  • Provide assessments and recommendations to courts and criminal justice agencies regarding the suitability for specialized interventions.
  • Collaborate with the National Probation Service and other relevant organizations.
  • Empower individuals to reintegrate into society, promoting recovery, resilience, and self-determination.

About You:

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • A strong understanding of substance misuse challenges and relevant experience in the field.
  • Knowledge of effective strategies that contribute to the reduction of drug-related offenses.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with proficient IT capabilities.
  • A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • A solid understanding of mental health interventions and best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to work collaboratively with a diverse range of professionals and stakeholders.
  • The ability to adapt to change while prioritizing the needs of service users.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
