Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with mental health issues to develop daily living skills and promote well-being
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide personalized support and care
  • Assist with daily tasks and activities to help individuals achieve their goals
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans to promote independence
  • Provide leadership and guidance to colleagues to ensure high-quality care
Requirements
  • Experience in a care or support role, preferably in mental health services
  • Leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide colleagues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations
  • Relevant qualifications, such as a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care
