Commercial Operations Coordinator

Engaged in the construction industry to facilitate and oversee the commercial management for the execution of various selected projects.

Location: - Gravesend

Compensation: - Up to £16 per hour (Dependent on Experience)

Role Overview:

The Resolute Group collaborates with a reputable and award-winning construction firm that has been instrumental in major construction endeavors for over 30 years. As a Commercial Operations Coordinator, you will deliver commercial assistance to all members of the Commercial team, ensuring dependable service across all projects.

In your capacity as a Commercial Operations Coordinator, you will undertake a variety of specialized administrative responsibilities. Daily tasks may vary but could encompass:

  • Assisting in the submission of precise applications for payment for projects at agreed or contractual intervals, ensuring payment certificates are obtained, invoices are dispatched, and payments are processed.
  • Establishing, nurturing, and maintaining client relationships to attract new and repeat business for our services.
  • Providing essential support to all site teams to guarantee they have adequate resources and that all necessary arrangements are made for them to fulfill their duties.
  • Ensuring full adherence to Company commercial protocols and corporate governance standards.
  • Facilitating timely and accurate commercial reporting for project evaluations and group reporting. Assisting Commercial Managers with additional company-wide reporting as necessary.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

  • A levels are a minimum requirement, ideally with excellent GCSE grades in English.
  • Experience in administration - Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office, and Outlook.
  • Creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
