Logistics Coordinator
We are pleased to announce an opportunity to become part of our Warehouse and Distribution team as a Logistics Coordinator.

This role is integral to our operations, where we focus on providing high-quality automotive lubricants, oils, and chemicals across various regions.

As a Logistics Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage the logistics of shipments for our organization and our third-party logistics partners.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate shipment schedules and logistics through our ERP system.
  • Evaluate shipping methods and costs while managing daily relationships with third-party logistics providers.
  • Organize and authorize shipments for the warehouse team, ensuring timely pick, pack, and dispatch.
  • Plan and oversee shipments for delivery by our transport team.
  • Implement multi-day routing for fleet operations covering various destinations.
  • Document and manage the return of damaged or unsold products.
  • Supervise daily operations with hauliers and shipping partners to meet customer expectations.
  • Prepare and validate shipping documents for both domestic and international needs.
  • Ensure outgoing shipment paperwork complies with specifications and regulations.
  • Maintain computerized shipping records and generate reports for stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement in vehicle utilization and third-party logistics efficiency.
  • Manage claims related to third-party logistics.
  • Oversee customer deliveries for specific accounts, processing orders efficiently.
  • Conduct regular reviews of logistics reports and collaborate with teams to ensure operational success.

Required Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with strong skills in data analysis.
  • Experience in domestic and global shipping within a manufacturing context.
  • Familiarity with INCOTERMS.
  • Ability to manage multiple vehicle schedules under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Collaborative mindset, supporting colleagues and sharing knowledge.
  • Innovative thinking to challenge existing processes and propose improvements.
