In your role as Manufacturing Project Coordinator, you will collaborate within a compact project team to oversee and drive the successful execution of CAPEX, enhancements in manufacturing processes, and improvements to site facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the comprehensive project scope of manufacturing initiatives, ensuring safe execution within budget, on schedule, to specifications, and in alignment with safety regulations and guidelines, while managing stakeholder expectations. The project scope encompasses all facets, including... Scope Feasibility, Design & Development, Commercial Business Case, Supply Chain Management, Implementation & Validation, Operational Handover, and Review & Lessons Learned. Actively engage in identifying enhancement opportunities within your personal and professional development plans. Collaborate with and support other members of the Engineering team and broader organization to achieve collective objectives, which may rely on or benefit from your expertise. Adhere to company policies and guidelines, encouraging others to do the same. Provide project tracking reports and KPIs to assess performance, including risk identification and proposing management strategies. Ensure that all assets acquired or constructed during the project are properly capitalized and recorded in the company’s fixed assets register. Participate and take ownership in areas such as SIGO (Health and Safety management system), LPS (Loss Prevention System), Quality, and Controls, as required.

Required Skills:

University degree or equivalent qualification. Proven experience managing projects in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) manufacturing environment (high-speed production lines - bulk receipt and blending). Strong project management capabilities, ideally utilizing a Stage-Gate type risk management approach. Proficiency in preparing and managing project specifications. Solid commercial acumen, particularly in relation to specifying equipment and service procurement requirements. Exceptional written, verbal communication, and presentation skills. Good understanding of CAPEX (capital) and OPEX (operational) budgets.
