Carrier Fire & Security EMEA is on the lookout for a Strategic Growth Manager to enhance their Portable Fire Extinguisher division, TG Products, across the UK & Ireland. This role is pivotal in fostering and expanding relationships with major distributors and service firms throughout the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively seek and identify innovative business avenues to drive sales growth.
- Explore opportunities within the existing customer base to maximize revenue.
- Stay informed about industry trends, challenges, and developments relevant to the UK & Ireland.
- Enhance customer relationship management practices to foster collaboration and pipeline development.
- Establish and maintain robust connections with product and marketing teams to capitalize on current and future sales prospects.
- Facilitate effective internal communication across departments to ensure comprehensive understanding of accounts, listings, and pricing strategies.
- Achieve organizational goals through meticulous planning, setting sales targets, analyzing performance metrics, and forecasting future outcomes.
- Cultivate strong, consistent relationships with key clients.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on critical quantitative metrics and business trends related to partner engagements.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in a Business Development capacity or similar, preferably within the fire safety sector.
- Solid understanding of fire extinguisher regulations and service standards.
- Background in Engineering, Technical Sales, or related fields.
- Exceptional verbal communication and presentation abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building strategic partnerships.
- Customer-centric approach with effective value-selling capabilities, adept at linking products and features to client benefits.
- Self-driven with proficient planning skills.
- Commercial acumen and sales expertise.
- Analytical mindset with a clear strategic focus.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
