Strategic Communications Specialist

At NFP PEOPLE, we are seeking a highly skilled Regional Communications Manager to help deliver our strategic communications objectives for a national youth charity.
The charity is poised for growth, with seven large-scale youth centres set to open over the next three years, a new three-year organisational strategy, and an ambitious strategic communications strategy in place.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic communications plans to support the charity's growth and objectives.
- Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including youth zones, staff, and volunteers.
- Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to develop and implement the charity's organisational strategy.
- Provide communications support for the charity's events and campaigns.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in communications and marketing, with a focus on strategic planning and implementation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and contexts.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £34,000 - £37,000 per annum.
- A fixed-term contract for 12 months, with the possibility of becoming permanent.
- Flexible working arrangements, including hybrid working and travel across the youth zones.
