Our client is a friendly young girl in her teenage years who lives with her family. She requires assistance throughout the day on a 2:1 support basis.
She has a keen interest in beauty and fashion, enjoys participating in drama school activities, and loves engaging with her friends through social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary role will involve supporting her within her educational environment, assisting with personal care, mobility, and addressing her clinical care needs as necessary. You will also aid in her learning and development, providing encouragement and support to help her achieve her full potential.
We are particularly interested in candidates who are comfortable around pets, as there is a dog in the household.
Our client has specifically requested female staff members to join her care team.
Available Shifts
- Part-Time Day Shifts
- 8-hour shifts
- 2 shifts per week, providing support in her educational setting
- Additional afternoon shifts available: 4:30 PM - 8:30 PM
Compensation Details
Weekdays: £ per hour (approximately £104 for an 8-hour shift)
Weekends: £ per hour (approximately £145 for a 10-hour shift)
Bank Holidays: £ per hour (approximately £160 for a 10-hour shift)

Role Responsibilities
The role of a Healthcare Support Specialist involves working independently in the home of the client, providing care and support that includes personal, social, and domestic assistance while adhering to the individual care and support plan.
The objective of this position is to enable clients to maintain their independence and safety in their own homes.
You will provide care and support in a professional, discreet, and compassionate manner, ensuring the client's right to privacy and dignity is always upheld.
