Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Matron to lead our Patient Flow and Emergency Department teams. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of patients through our hospitals, while also driving improvements in emergency care and patient outcomes.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in patient flow and emergency care, with experience in managing complex teams and projects. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve patient flow, reducing delays and improving patient satisfaction. You will also work closely with our emergency department team to ensure that patients receive the best possible care in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient flow and reduce delays
  • Manage and lead the Patient Flow and Emergency Department teams
  • Work closely with the emergency department team to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient flow and emergency care
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including patient flow and emergency department performance
Requirements
