Location: Remote (with occasional travel to member practices)

Job Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Quality Management to lead our team in delivering high-quality services to our member practices. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in operational management, strategic planning, and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operational activities of the PCN, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of services.
  • Strategic Leadership and Planning: Develop and execute a long-term strategic plan in collaboration with the PCN Board, aligned with the needs of our member practices and their patients.
  • Financial Oversight: Develop and manage the PCN's budget, ensuring financial sustainability for both the PCN and member practices.
  • Board Reporting and Communication: Report regularly to the PCN Board on the performance of the PCN, including financial status, operational efficiency, and progress towards strategic objectives.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure that operations and services are compliant with all relevant national and local guidelines, regulations, and standards.
  • Change Management: Lead transformation projects that improve the PCN's ability to deliver high-quality, efficient/effective care.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in operational management, strategic planning, and governance.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare policies and regulations.
