Salary: Grade 5: £28,000 - £33,000 per annum with an Oxford University Weighting of £1,000 per annum.

Contract Type: Fixed-term, full-time.

As a Client Relations Coordinator, you will be instrumental in delivering an exceptional experience for participants enrolled in our Executive Education programmes. Collaborating closely with the Sales team, you will oversee a range of administrative functions that are vital to participant engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive administrative assistance to applicants and participants across various Executive Education programmes.
  • Organize and schedule interviews for candidates with appropriate team members.
  • Ensure prompt processing of accepted applications, including sending acceptance notifications, preparing visa documentation, and managing payment information.
  • Assist the Sales team by evaluating incoming leads to determine programme suitability.
  • Accurately input and maintain prospect information in the Salesforce CRM, upholding high standards of customer service.

You will demonstrate a strong focus on customer service and possess excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to cultivate and sustain relationships effectively. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with experience in marketing, editing, and telephone sales.
