About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Marketing Manager to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that drives engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Development: Create high-quality, SEO-optimized content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and other marketing materials that align with our short-term and long-term marketing objectives.
  • Content Calendar Management: Collaborate with our Global Corporate Marketing Manager to develop an editorial calendar and ensure that all marketing and product teams are aligned and on board.
  • Content Promotion: Manage the posting and engagement on various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, to build our brand and drive traffic to our website.
  • Content Analysis: Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of our content strategy and make data-driven improvements.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our Product Marketing, Product Management, Growth Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to develop and execute content that supports our business objectives.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven work experience as a Content Manager, with a strong background in developing and executing content strategies.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, basic technical knowledge of web publishing, knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics, and extensive knowledge of existing and emerging social platforms.
  • Education: BSc degree in Marketing or a relevant field.
