About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Co-ordinator to join our team at Places for People. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate customer issues and escalate complaints to ensure the best possible outcome.
  • Support customers throughout their end-to-end journey, utilizing email, telephone, and webchat communication channels.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, leveraging excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge and best practices to continuously improve customer service delivery.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills with a strong customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
  • Experience in escalating customer complaints and taking control of complex issues.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers of diverse backgrounds.
  • Administration experience is essential, with a preference for a driving license and own car for site visits.
