Your Role

As a Breakfast Head Waiter, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that every interaction is memorable and enjoyable. You will have a deep understanding of our menu and beverage offerings, and be able to confidently host our guests and enhance their experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring that every interaction is memorable and enjoyable.
  • Have a deep understanding of our menu and beverage offerings, and be able to confidently host our guests and enhance their experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the Breakfast Team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Manage multiple tables and guests with ease, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Be highly social, motivated, and proactive, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Head Waiter or Breakfast Waiter, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
  • Confident in restaurant operations and the order of service, with a passion for food and drinks.
  • Highly social, motivated, and proactive, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Prior experience using Squirrel EPOS is advantageous, but full training will be provided.
  • Any relevant qualifications, such as WSET, are advantageous but not essential.
