Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Bar Support to join our team at The Breakfast Group. As a Bar Support, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bars and restaurants, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the bar area, including setting up and cleaning equipment, and restocking supplies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the bar team to ensure seamless service delivery, including taking orders, serving drinks, and handling cash and card transactions.
  • Assist with inventory management, including ordering and receiving supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, and contribute to the growth and success of the business.
