Role Overview:

As a key player in our store, you will assist the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of store performance. Your leadership will inspire and motivate the team, ensuring that every colleague is equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will embody the brand's values, demonstrating expertise in products, systems, and retail management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience by prioritizing customer needs and adhering to our service standards.
  • Support the Store Manager in enhancing productivity by fostering a culture of achievement among the team.
  • Lead and mentor the team through regular coaching sessions focused on personal growth and performance metrics.
  • Utilize sales and customer insights to inform decision-making, enhancing overall success and satisfaction.
  • Engage in management reviews to discuss and implement strategies for commercial and operational initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the People Team to manage the colleague lifecycle, from recruitment to employee relations.
  • Oversee recruitment efforts for Sales Associates and collaborate on hiring for key positions.
  • Ensure operational efficiency during key seasonal periods, aligning processes with market demands.
  • Manage stock deliveries and handling, adhering to procedures to minimize losses.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, recognizing its importance in enhancing the customer experience.

Technical Skills:

  • Proven experience in retail operations and customer service, with a strong understanding of fashion trends.
  • Ability to analyze data to drive store performance and improve customer experiences.
  • Experience in creating visually appealing displays that align with brand standards.
  • Knowledge of strategies for retail business growth.
