Role Purpose:

As a pivotal figure in our store, you will assist the Store Manager in driving all aspects of store performance. Your role involves inspiring and motivating the team, ensuring that every colleague is equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve performance goals. You will serve as a brand ambassador, possessing expertise in products, systems, and retail management, along with strong interpersonal skills and operational efficiency to propel the business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the store by providing an exceptional in-store customer experience, prioritizing customer needs and embedding the Moss Essential Steps of Service as the standard.
  • Support the Store Manager in enhancing productivity by fostering an environment where the team aims to achieve and exceed one transaction per hour.
  • Assist in leading and developing the team through regular coaching and feedback sessions, focusing on personal growth and KPI achievement to nurture a high-performance culture.
  • Utilize sales and customer data to inform your decisions, ensuring that every action contributes to our collective success and customer satisfaction.
  • Engage in management reviews to discuss, analyze, and implement plans for all commercial and operational initiatives.
  • Follow People processes diligently, supporting the colleague lifecycle from recruitment to onboarding and employee relations in collaboration with the People Team.
  • Proactively participate in the recruitment of Sales Associates and collaborate with the People Team for hiring Key Holders and Team Leaders.
  • Oversee key seasonal cycles to align processes with market demands, ensuring operational responsiveness.
  • Manage deliveries and stock handling efficiently, adhering to stock control procedures to minimize loss and ensure availability.
  • Uphold the highest standards of Visual Merchandising, recognizing its integral role in enhancing the customer experience.

Technical Skills:

  • Proven experience in retail operations and customer service, with a solid understanding of global fashion trends and inclusive tailoring.
  • Ability to leverage data analytics to drive store success and improve customer experiences.
  • Experience in creating diverse and brand-aligned visual displays.
  • Understanding of strategies for retail business growth.
