Lead and collaborate with a dedicated, engaged team to effectively meet our customers' needs Craft a customer-centric store atmosphere by guiding the team to enhance customer interaction through our offerings, initiatives, and advocacy, bringing our brand to life Resolve challenges efficiently and proactively utilizing available resources Communicate clearly and serve as a flexible and responsible role model for your team Foster customer loyalty to further enhance The Body Shop brand Achieve sales and performance objectives Oversee inventory; track and manage changes Confidently analyze the data (KPI's) provided to make informed commercial and operational decisions to effectively drive your sales and team performance Identify and attract high-potential candidates while nurturing current team members to achieve their aspirations Demonstrate interest in and enthusiasm for learning about and leveraging insights into the beauty market, our competitors, and our products

What we look for

Experience in a customer-facing role, leadership, and team development Proven ability to meet sales and performance goals with exceptional planning and organizational skills Capacity to work collaboratively within a culture of feedback Experience in coaching and developing a successful team Exceptional leadership and communication abilities Experience utilizing data (KPI's) to make informed business decisions Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Willingness to work across a flexible schedule from Sunday to Saturday
