About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, developing and executing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and improve sales performance.
  • Sales Maximization: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Account Management: Manage existing customer relationships to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and deliver solutions.
  • Order & Stock Management: Process and manage customer orders, allocate stock to project orders, and follow up on deliveries to resolve any arising issues.
  • CRM Management: Ensure the CRM system is accurately maintained and up-to-date.
Requirements:
  • Proven Success: Demonstrable success in a senior sales or sales management role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Leadership: Strong ability to lead, motivate, and drive a team to achieve results.
  • Sales Expertise: Solid experience in sales, with a proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities.
  • Customer Focus: Exceptional ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, with a focus on understanding their needs and delivering solutions.
