Group Sales Manager

About the Role:
Hotel Co 51 is seeking a results-driven Group Sales Supervisor to lead and develop a team of Group Sales Executives. As a key member of our reservations department, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and contributing to the overall sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance, support, and development opportunities to a team of Group Sales Executives.
- Sales Performance: Drive revenue growth by maximising group bookings across all segments and hotel brands.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient and effective sales processes are in place, including lead management, proposal creation, and contract negotiation.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and implementation of the group sales strategy.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in sales and CRM systems (e.g., Opera, Salesforce).
