About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our HVAC - FläktGroup UK team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve annual sales targets and business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the HVAC industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC solutions, including product knowledge and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
