About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Officer to join our team at Together. As a Quality Assurance Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our colleagues are delivering exceptional customer outcomes and adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Quality Assurance activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of business procedures to ensure accurate and effective Quality Assurance assessments.
  • Provide constructive feedback to colleagues to drive improvements in competence and customer outcomes.
  • Identify key risks, trends, and areas for improvement and share best practices with colleagues.
  • Escalate significant regulatory or process breaches to management.
  • Contribute to the development of business procedures to improve customer outcomes and business effectiveness.
Requirements
  • High expectations of customer service excellence.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to provide feedback in a professional and constructive manner.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Effective decision-making skills.
  • Proven ability to plan and organize workload and adhere to targets and deadlines.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Experience within the financial services industry.
  • Relevant professional qualification (CeMAP).
  • Good understanding of FCA expectations and the Consumer Duty outcomes.
  • Experience of Quality Assurance activity and a continuous improvement culture.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint and InfoPath.
