Key Responsibilities:- Manage a small team of Quality Inspectors/Technicians
- Create and deliver a strategic plan for Quality Assurance
- Implement a Continuous Improvement/LEAN culture
- Develop and manage suppliers
- Implement root cause and corrective actions
- Experience in managing a team and associated development
- Comprehensive knowledge of AS9100 and Part21G
- Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action implementation
- Proven experience and knowledge of LEAN/Six-Sigma
- Able to travel nationally and internationally
