- Identify key risks, trends, and areas for improvement and share best practices with colleagues.
- Escalate significant regulatory or process breaches to senior management.
- Contribute to the development of business procedures to improve customer outcomes and business effectiveness.
- High expectations of Customer Service excellence.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to provide feedback in a professional and constructive manner.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Effective decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to plan and organize workload and adhere to targets and deadlines.
- Experience within the Financial Services Industry.
- Relevant professional qualification (CeMAP).
- Good understanding of FCA expectations and Consumer Duty outcomes.
- Experience of Quality Assurance activity and a continuous improvement culture.
- Familiarity with SharePoint and InfoPath.
