{"About the Role": "As a Workshop Controller at Jardine Motors Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our workshops. Your primary responsibility will be to allocate work to technicians, ensuring that work standards and time scales are always achieved. You will also be responsible for liaising with Service Advisors when repairs are likely to take longer than previously agreed, keeping customers informed at all times. Additionally, you will need to ensure that all work is completed within the allocated time to achieve high productivity within the workshop. If any problems arise during work, you will report and seek advice to overcome them, keeping customers informed of any delays.
