About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Counter Assistant to join our team at WHSmith in Sutton Coldfield Town Centre. As a Counter Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our customers, ensuring they have a positive experience in our store.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage queues and ensure customers can access our services quickly and efficiently.
- Meet high standards of governance and attention to detail, maintaining accurate records and adhering to company policies.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team, supporting colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
