Community Palliative Care Nurse

An exceptional opportunity has emerged for a Registered Nurse to become part of a compassionate community-based specialist palliative care team. This team is dedicated to providing and enhancing palliative care services for individuals experiencing progressive and life-limiting health conditions.

The community team is composed of Clinical Nurse Specialists, Registered Nurses, Healthcare Assistants, and Specialist Physicians. The ability to travel for home visits is a fundamental requirement.

We are committed to the professional growth of our staff and provide a supportive multidisciplinary environment. Our mission is to empower individuals with life-limiting illnesses to lead fulfilling lives and to ensure they have the choice and dignity in their final days.

Both Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available. For further discussions regarding this role, please reach out to the Community Services Manager. We are a charitable organization collaborating closely with healthcare partners to deliver outstanding care to patients and their families.

A successful candidate will demonstrate evidence of professional development, possess UK Registration, and have undergone a Disclosure and Barring Service Check.

Benefits include Annual Leave, Flexible Working arrangements, Free Parking, Discounted Therapies, a Blue Light Discount Card, and access to an On-Site Café.
