Community Palliative Care Nurse

An exceptional opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse to become part of a compassionate community-based specialist palliative care team. This team is dedicated to providing and enhancing palliative care services for individuals dealing with progressive and life-limiting health conditions.

The community team is composed of Clinical Nurse Specialists, Registered Nurses, Healthcare Assistants, and Specialist Physicians. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel for home visits are crucial.

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Nurse who prioritizes patient care and is deeply committed to palliative care. Strong communication skills are vital for this role.

We emphasize staff development and provide a supportive multidisciplinary environment. Our mission is to empower individuals with life-limiting illnesses to live fully and to ensure they have choices and dignity at the end of life.
