Community Palliative Care Nurse

An exceptional opportunity has become available for a Registered Nurse to become part of a compassionate community specialist palliative care team. This team is dedicated to providing and enhancing palliative care services for individuals dealing with progressive and life-limiting health conditions.

The community team is composed of Clinical Nurse Specialists, Registered Nurses, Healthcare Assistants, and Specialist Physicians. The ability to travel for home visits is a crucial requirement.

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Nurse who prioritizes patient care and is passionate about palliative support. Strong communication skills are vital.

Both Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available. If you wish to explore this role further, please reach out to the Community Services Manager. We are a regional charity organization collaborating closely with NHS partners to deliver outstanding care to patients and their families.

A successful applicant will possess evidence of professional development, UK Registration, and a Disclosure and Barring Service Check.
