Key Responsibilities
- Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will manage the daily operations of various food and beverage venues, including an all-day dining restaurant, bar and terrace, 10 meeting spaces, and room service.
- Devise and execute innovative strategies aimed at boosting guest satisfaction and driving revenue.
- Take a proactive role in recruiting, training, and nurturing F&B team members.
- Oversee budgets, manage costs, and optimize resource allocation effectively.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of all food and beverage offerings, collaborating closely with suppliers to procure high-quality products and ingredients.
- Guarantee compliance with health and safety regulations concerning food handling and storage.
