Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer service to internal and external customers while maintaining quality with assessment of key underwriting and completions documents.
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships with brokers and solicitors, driving pipeline chasing from full application to completion.
  • Ensure all enquiries and complex queries relating to Underwriting and Completions are dealt with promptly, efficiently and in accordance with the Bank's service standards, policies and procedures.
  • Assess mortgage application & post offer documents and Process Certificate of Titles in line with the Bank's policy and standards.
  • Liaise with underwriters and legal where necessary on complex policy decisions.
  • Provide referral/ recommendations to Underwriters for offer approvals with rationale support.
Requirements
  • Previous customer services experience within a regulated environment (financial services, banking or utilities).
  • Strong knowledge in stakeholder management, hitting KPI's and some experience of underwriting and completion documents.
