About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Conferences & Events Operations Assistant to join our team at Hilton Hotels. As a key member of our Conference and Banqueting team, you will be responsible for setting up and facilitating the running of banquets and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the setup and execution of banquets and events, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional guest experience.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of all rooms, including layouts, amenities, and technical specifications.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with the events team to coordinate logistics, including catering, audiovisual, and décor.
  • Ensure all areas are clean, hazard-free, and well-maintained, adhering to Hilton's high standards.
