Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Conference Producer to join our team at Informa Markets. As a key member of our conference production team, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of high-quality conference content for our events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conference Content Development: Develop and implement a research-led conference production process to create engaging and relevant content for our events.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a small team of conference producers to ensure the timely delivery of conference content and supporting digital content.
  • Content Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement content marketing strategies to promote our events and engage with our audience.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including event directors, marketing teams, and speakers, to ensure the successful delivery of our events.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our conference production process.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4+ years' experience in conference production or a related field.
  • Management or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Outstanding academic record, with a minimum 2:1 honors degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire positive action and delivery.
  • Results-driven, resourceful, and determined to meet targets and adapt to change.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel internationally.
