Conference Producer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Conference Producer to join our team at Media Contacts Ltd. As a Conference Producer, you will be responsible for producing mid to large-scale B2B conferences that connect industry leaders.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the execution of conferences in major cities, both domestically and internationally.
- Work closely with our team to develop and implement conference strategies that meet our clients' needs.
- Collaborate with industry experts and thought leaders to create engaging conference content.
- Manage conference logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment.
- Ensure that all conferences are executed to the highest standard, with a focus on sustainability and environmental responsibility.
- 1-2 years of commercial experience in a related field, such as event management or marketing.
- Ability to speak Spanish or Portuguese is preferred.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
