**Your Role as a Conference Producer**

We are seeking a self-motivated and confident individual to join our team as a conference producer. As a conference producer, you will be responsible for producing mid to large-scale B2B conferences, connecting industry leaders and conducting thorough market research to identify relevant emerging industry trends and areas of interest.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Produce high-quality conferences that meet the company's standards
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging industry trends and areas of interest
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure a smooth and successful event
  • Travel internationally to oversee the execution of events in person

**Requirements**

  • 1-2 years of commercial experience in a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Preferred language skills: Spanish or Portuguese
