About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Conference Producer to join our team at Media Contacts Ltd. As a Conference Producer, you will be responsible for producing mid to large-scale B2B conferences that connect industry leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging industry trends and areas of interest.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure a smooth and successful event.
  • Oversee the execution of events in major cities, both domestically and internationally.
  • Develop and implement event strategies that align with our company's goals and values.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of commercial experience in event production or a related field.
  • Proven track record of producing successful events that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
