We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at the Bell Hotel in Sandwich, Kent. As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional food service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Head Chef in the development and implementation of menus and kitchen operations
- Deputise for the Head Chef in their absence and take charge of the kitchen
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of kitchen staff
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
- Contribute to the development of the kitchen team to deliver efficient and high-quality food service
