Job Title: Sous Chef

Shepherd Neame is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef in the development and implementation of menus, as well as ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Head Chef in the development and implementation of menus
  • Ensure the highest standards of food quality and presentation
  • Assist with the management of kitchen staff and inventory
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and productive kitchen environment
