We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at the Bell Hotel in Sandwich, Kent. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for supporting our Head Chef, deputising in their absence, and assisting with the development of the kitchen team to deliver high-quality food service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Head Chef in the management of the kitchen and culinary operations
- Deputise for the Head Chef in their absence, ensuring seamless kitchen operations
- Assist in the development of the kitchen team, providing guidance and training to ensure high-quality food service
- Contribute to the creation of menus and specials, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and presentation
- Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and safety, adhering to company policies and procedures
