Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Customer Support Associate to join our team at Second Nature. As a key member of our programme support team, you will play a vital role in driving improved member outcomes and engagements in our weight loss programme.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to programme members via phone, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
  • Collaborate with our NHS and Partnerships members to provide guidance on programme participation and obtain weight loss data at designated timepoints.
  • Work closely with the programme team to identify and resolve any issues that may impact member engagement and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Highly organized and structured approach to work, with a focus on achieving desired outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with programme members and colleagues alike.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with a focus on accurate data entry and record-keeping.
  • Comfortable dealing with sensitive conversations and empathetic towards programme members' challenges.

Working Arrangements

  • Part-time hours available: 20, 25, or 30 hours per week, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.
  • Remote working arrangement, with the ability to work from home in the UK.
  • 6-month rolling contract, with opportunities for extension or permanent employment.
