DA Financial Trading Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Associate to join our team. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving their queries and issues in a prompt and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients via remote support and one-to-one sessions.
- Assist with the opening and maintenance of client accounts, ensuring accurate records are kept.
- Deal with customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our company's products and services.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Fluent Italian language skills, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of financial markets and trading platforms is a plus.
