About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Associate to join our team at Flatfair. As a key member of our Customer Support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone
- Proactively contact customers to resolve issues and improve their experience
- Support the end-of-tenancy process by validating charges and documenting next steps
- Develop expertise in our processes and workflows
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service
About You
We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will have previous experience in a customer-facing role and be comfortable navigating various systems and processes.
