Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Create an exceptional customer experience with every customer interaction, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported.
  • Financial Transactions: Complete a broad range of financial transactions, including opening new accounts, processing payments, and providing financial advice.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify customer needs and determine solutions to customer problems, escalating non-standard or high-risk transactions as necessary.
  • Product Knowledge: Promote products, advice, services, and banking capabilities to customers, ensuring that they are aware of the full range of financial products and services available.
  • Team Collaboration: Support the achievement of business objectives by working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and service targets.
  • Process Improvement: Participate in process improvement opportunities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the customer experience.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Develop and maintain a broad knowledge of basic products and services, as well as a working knowledge of financial regulations and policies.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, ensuring that all interactions are professional and courteous.

Requirements:

  • Education: Post-secondary or undergraduate degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a working knowledge of financial products and services.
